Mend Your Mood With Essential Oils

Essential oils are great not only as scent boosters for products but also to help soothe, heal, energize or relax. Plants are very powerful and essential oils are literally the strongest part: the essence. Since they are so powerful they should be used sparingly, especially for use on the face. Start with 1-3 drops mixed with 1 oz carrier oil of your choice.
- Feeling irritable, sad, pre-menstrual? Try any of these oils separately or together to mend your mood!

Ylang Ylang (warning!! Very strong! Use one drop only!)
Clary Sage (do not use if pregnant)
- Feeling tired or have lack of energy when you need it? Try any of these oils separately or together as a quick pick-me up!

Basil (good for headaches)
Bergamot (good if you are feeling anxious)
- Having a hard time sleeping or relaxing after a long day? Try one or more of these to calm and soothe.
